If you are reading this, you have undoubtedly taken the 6 Week Body Makeover Blue Print and have confirmed that you are a Body Type C. Good, if you do not have your kit yet, this article will describe a sample meal on this plan so that you can get started with your body makeover.
As a body type C, you will be able to eat more carbohydrates like wheat bread and brown whole grain rice. The reason you can eat more carbohydrates is because your body has an easier time burning calories. Remember carbohydrates are not your enemy, over consumption is your enemy. However, people with a "C" body type should not eat that much red meat as red meat will make your body bulk up.
All of the sample meals were planned using the Infinite Meal Planner (IMP). All of these meals and many more can be planned out using the IMP. The food listed below is a typical meal plan, which includes breakfast, morning snack, lunch, dinner and a night snack.
Breakfast - 1 cup of egg beaters with a half of slice of wheat bagel and cup of mixed berries. Mid-morning snack is 4 oz. of orange and garlic turkey breast and cup of grapefruit. Lunch will consist of grilled shrimp with Cajun spices, a a baked potato and 1 cup of raw broccoli.
Mid afternoon snack will consist of 3 oz. of canned tuna and cup of squash. Dinner will be 4 oz. of grilled Mahi Mahi and 1 cup of stewed turnips. The late night snack will be a cup of pineapples.
